Emily Todd, Licensed Esthetician

Emily Todd has a lifelong interest in skincare, makeup and helping people optimize the health of their skin.  Emily is interested in making clients look their absolute best through great skin care.  

Emily's experience in skincare and makeup application has grown as she gained valuable experience doing makeup as a freelance artist for weddings, proms, and other special events.  She also worked for a local dermatologist, learning all aspects of skin health and maintenance.

Emily is trained in numerous skin care systems, and is Obagi-certified.  She has been at Medical Skin Therapeutics since September 2004.

Emily specializes in medical facials, makeup application, and acne  & rosacea treatment.  Emily enjoys working younger clients, imparting her extensive knowledge about excellent skincare and providing clients with a "jump-start" to keep skin looking healthy as it ages.

Treatment Philosophy

Healthy skin begins from within.   Even though we are all diverse in terms of skin pigment, everyone needs to devote time to skincare, an important part of not only our appearance, but our health as well.

It's never too early to start a good skin care regimen.  Putting forth the effort now can go a long way in preventing premature aging and skin problems as you get older.  --- much easier than trying to reverse damage done!

Emily received her Esthetician's license from Von Lee University in Baltimore, MD.  She also is certified in makeup application.  In the future, she has plans to obtain her Medical Assistant Certification.
